We are dedicated to providing quality mental health and substance abuse education and treatment to community members of all ages. Lotus Therapy Solutions clinicians use effective strategies to empower community members to reach their full potential and achieve overall mental wellness.
Vanessa Raleigh-Fields, LCSW-S
Co-Owner & Licensed Therapist

Vanessa is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She is currently certified in DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy).
Vanessa primarily works with children, adults, and the elderly struggling with, but not limited to, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, and adjustment disorders resulting from life stressors.
Vanessa works with her clients to overcome barriers and challenges to everyday life issues as well as more complex issues resulting in more severe issues with anxiety and various mood disorders.
Vanessa utilizes evidence-based and client centered approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, trauma informed care, mindfulness strategies and stress management.
Amy Weber Hall, PhD, LPCC, CHES
Co-owner & Licensed Therapist

Amy is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and holds a certification as a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES).
Amy primarily works with children, youth and young adults struggling with anxiety, depression, and irritability and can assist in the management of intense emotions.
Amy partners with clients so they may realize their own potential to reduce their unhealthy patterns of behavior, grow healthy relationships with others, and manage daily stressors.
Amy provides evidence-based and patient-centered treatment approaches including dialectical behavioral and strength-based strategies to meet a client’s needs.
Krystal Plumitallo, CSW
Licensed Therapist

Krystal earned her Master’s in Social Work from the University of Kentucky. She is currently trained in multiple therapeutic approaches and strategies, including DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy). She provides individual therapy for children, adolescents, and adults, using a client-centered approach that honors each person’s unique story and needs.
She enjoys working alongside clients who experience a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, generational trauma, and interpersonal difficulties. Krystal utilizes evidence-based approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, trauma informed care, mindfulness strategies and stress management. Krystal believes that therapy should feel like a supportive partnership, where clients are met with understanding, validation, and gentle guidance.
With a warm and compassionate presence, Krystal is dedicated to creating a nonjudgmental, safe space where clients can slow down, explore their emotions, build insight, and move toward healing, resilience, and meaningful growth.

Julie Newman earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, with honors, from Northern Kentucky University and is currently a Master of Social Work student at Northern Kentucky University. She has a background in special needs advocacy and education, working with children, adolescents, and adults across diverse settings.
Julie seeks training in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Trauma-Informed Care (TIC), with additional interest in substance use recovery and harm reduction approaches. She is passionate about supporting individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, grief, life transitions, and recovery, and is particularly committed to helping special needs families function effectively both as a cohesive unit and as empowered individuals.
Julie brings a compassionate, collaborative, and strengths-based approach to her work, striving to create a safe and supportive environment for individuals, children, and families. She is committed to empowering individuals to build skills and confidence as they work toward their personal goals.
Outside of her professional interests, Julie enjoys spending time with her husband and two cats, engaging in strength training and yoga, and connecting with loved ones through shared music playlists.

Maddie is currently an intern pursuing her Master of Social Work degree at Northern Kentucky University. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Human Services and Addictions. Maddie has experience working with individuals, families, and community-based services, with a focus on supporting and improving the well-being of those she serves. She is knowledgeable about the court system and the range of services available to assist individuals in navigating complex life circumstances. Maddie is excited to enhance her knowledge about therapeutic services. Outside of her professional work, Maddie enjoys reading, spending time with family, and watching television series.
